Article submissions should be a minimum of 12,000 words. Case comments and book reviews should be a minimum of 5,000 words. Upon request, authors should be prepared to supply any cited sources. Submissions must be accompanied by a cover letter including a telephone number, an email address, an abstract, and an institutional affiliation, if any.

All submissions must be unpublished work. We accept simultaneous submissions if the author brings this to our attention. Such authors agree to publish with the the Irish Law Journal should we make the first offer to publish.
